    Belle Vie Salon Etiquette
    Your service at Belle Vie Salon will begin with a consultation with the stylist of your choice. Taking into
    consideration the look you would like to achieve and the nature of your hair, your stylist will suggest the
    best suited style and color techniques for you. We want you to obtain the style you want however we
    want to always keep the hair in good health!

    Pricing and Tipping
    Prices may change without notice due to our employee’s education and gained experience. We believe
    that tipping should be left to the discretion of our guests. Therefore, gratuities are not included in any
    service and only allowed in the form of cash or check.

    We recommend that you schedule your future services while still on the premises. Many stylists schedule
    fill months in advance and we want to be sure you get the time you want!

    In the event of arriving late to an appointment, and as a courtesy to our next client we may need to ask
    you to reschedule your service.

    Cancellation Policy
    We are aware that at times there may be a need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice of your appointment. Failure to give proper notice to cancel your appointment will result in a $45 nonrefundable fee in order to book any future appointments with your stylist. This policy is in consideration of the value of time of all of our guests and our talented stylists.

    Confirmation Calls and Text
    Confirmation calls and text will be made to all clients in advance. Please remember these calls are a courtesy to our clients. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointmentand time to avoid any type of cancelation fee. You are always welcomed to call and check on appointments.

    For their own safety, children are not permitted in the service areas of the salon unless they are receiving

    Service Guarantee
    We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Please contact us within one week of your salon service
    should you be disappointed or dissatisfied and we will do everything possible to ensure your happiness
    and meet your expectations. We regret we cannot issue refunds on any service.

    Retail Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with a retail product please bring your product back within one week of purchase and exchange for another product of equal or lesser value.

    Gift Cards
    Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount to be used towards products and services unless otherwise
    stated. Belle Vie salon is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
